THE LIFE OF A GRADUATE

Starting The Day

Staying on top of your plans and goals, updating your busy calendar, writing up reports and keeping track of projects.

Being Prepared

Arranging the finer details of your event, preparing presentations, working out logistics, getting to the venue on time.

Inspiring Others

Building relationships with your Sales Team, training bartenders in key outlets, organising tastings for consumers that inspire.

Bring Out Your Best

We’re looking for graduates who’ll strive to get the most from our programme. You need to be inspired by our brands, their heritage and their possibilities. And we expect you to represent us with intelligence, pride and authenticity. After all, you’ll be an ambassador.

01

Can-Do Attitude

A positive, entrepreneurial and enthusiastic attitude is essential. Equipped with this, you’ll bring brands to life and engage audiences with a compelling story. Throughout, you’ll blend this energy with maturity and professionalism.

02

Confident and Outgoing

We need self-confident, outgoing people who enjoy building strong relationships that get great results. While you’re a great team player, you’ll often be working independently – so expect to take the initiative and make things happen under your own direction.

03

Passionate and Focused

Delivering great results on time calls for hard work, reliability and a willingness to work unusual hours. If you’re to connect with the bar scene and the world of mixology, you’ll need passion too. Not to mention the ability to express this through inspiring presentations.

04

Global Commitment

You’ll need the commitment to live abroad for at least two years and the desire to continue an international career in Pernod Ricard beyond the programme. Depending on where you work, this might mean learning or improving on a second language.

05

Eager to Learn

Ideally your degree is in a business, marketing or languages related discipline. Language skills are preferred as your placement will generally be international. But whatever your background, it’s essential that you show an eagerness to embrace new experiences and learn new skills proactively.
